Right after breakfast, we went to Uncle Geoff’s work. It was pretty nice, and I never was in a real bakery before! They had all different sorts of pastries, and real live lobsters! There was also my favorite kind of cheese there – Laughing Cow. There was a pink cheese too. It was a type of cheddar. And
then we had to leave.Then after wandering around, we went to a computer store. I don’t know what it was called, but it was pretty cool. They actually had computers that kids could play on! I did I-Spy Mystery. Then after wandering around some more, we went to an Italian Restaurant for Uncle Dave’s birthday. It was pretty good. The pasta was great!
After wandering around some more – and my feet are getting very tired now – we went back to the apartment in which I’m writing this in and after a little while of doing whatever we had Uncle Dave’s birthday dinner. This involved a cake that I couldn’t have! I had some ice cream and a special cookie. Then after that, I went to bed.

I've never been to a real bakery either. I want you to tell me all about it the next time I see you. And a day with a birthday party and dinner at an Italian restaurant sounds perfect. I'm glad they found a special cookie for you.
